This study focuses on the sectors of hospitals and civil aviation because they have been greatly affected by the Covid-19 health crisis, with organisations and workers being severely impacted, even if differently. This study aims at enhancing the understanding of how social dialogue and collective bargaining have been playing a role in the sector adaptation to the consequences of the pandemic
