STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF THE INDUSTRY IN NORTHERN BARCELONA

The aim of the project is to carry out an analysis of the situation of the industrial sector and its future perspectives in the municipalities of Badalona, Sant Adrià and Santa Coloma de Gramanet. The analysis will be carried out through interviews with the companies, an online survey and working groups with municipal technicians and key people in the economic fabric of the municipalities. The analysis will also focus on the potential demand for replacement of company workers and will make a proposal for measures to be developed to improve the competitiveness of businesses in the area.
