POSTING-LAB – DEVELOPING EXPERIENCES OF ADMINISTRATIVE COOPERATION AND ENHANCED ACCESS TO INFORMATION IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE POSTING OF WORKERS (Desarrollo de experiencias de cooperación administrativa y mejora del acceso a la información en el marco de los trabajadores desplazados)
The project addresses cooperation measures and exchange of information regarding the monitoring and enforcement of the Posting of Workers Directive in the construction sector with a view to identify how data stemming from these measures can be shared at national and transnational level. The project focuses on four countries: Italy, Romania, France and Spain.
The project entails three main activities:
– Research (desk research and fieldwork) aiming to identify and analyse measures implemented in Italy, Romania, France and Spain by social partners’ organisations and public bodies to support the monitoring and enforcement of the Directive.
– Three cooperation laboratories aiming to discuss the measures with relevant national and European stakeholders with a view to develop a roadmap to enhance administrative cooperation at national and transnational level.
– A concluding analysis aiming to deliver guidelines on how to reduce the administrative burden
