DESIGN OF A LABOUR INSERTION TOOL IN THE BAIX EBRE REGION

The objective of this project is to carry out an employment and skills needs assessment of the region through documentary analysis, statistical analysis and the analysis of questionnaires and interviews. The results are fed into the design of a tool for labour insertion, a management mechanism for monitoring the tool and an evaluation of the main findings. Finally, a plan for implementation is developed which will enable the use of labour insertion tool within the next year.
