GENPORT – AN INTERNET PORTAL FOR SHARING KNOWLEDGE AND INSPIRING COLLABORATIVE ACTION ON GENDER AND SCIENCE

GenPORT for an online community of professionals, policymakers and researchers. The portal brings together organisations and individuals throughout the world in favour of gender equality and excellence in science, technology and innovation. It favours a broad definition of science which encompasses all disciplines, the natural and social sciences as well as humanities.

The GenPORT internet portal provides a space for organisations to present themselves and it acts as an entry point for a great deal of constantly evolving resources – thanks to the contributions of the community members. The objective of the portal is to facilitate the exchange of experiences and strengthen cooperation in order to support policies and practical interventions in the search for gender equality.
