PREPARATION OF A TERRITORIAL STRATEGIC PLAN IN THE FIELD OF LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONTCADA I REIXAC

Preparation of a local economic and occupational development territorial strategic plan. The starting point is the diagnosis of the state of the local economy based on available information as well as interviews with key actors of the area. The diagnosis will be done alongside a participatory process with several workshops run by key actors. These workshops will be opened to the general public, through a communication plan and open online survey to collect opinions and positions of both companies, key actors and citizens. Once the diagnosis has been contrasted, the elaboration of the strategic plan with the details of the objectives, activities and proposed actions with an implementation schedule and a budget will take place.
