TELEWORK AND OSH (OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH): REGULATION AND GENDER DIMENSION

The study includes two tasks:

Updating the 2021 EU-OSHA report “Regulating telework in a post-COVID-19 Europe” on legislation in the area of telework, to include the latest developments in legislation and social dialogue at EU and national level;
Developing further analysis on the gender dimension of telework and OSH, including cyberbullying and cyberharassment.
