ANALYSIS OF THE ACTION OF THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF THE ADMINISTRATION THAT IMPLEMENT THE PNJCAT

The research, as indicated in the technical specifications, has a double objective:

Provide a disciplined reflection on how the three levels of the public administration of Catalonia, which are deployment agents of the PNJCat‐2020 (Generalitat, County Councils and municipalities), interact to respond to the needs of young people, understanding that each of these three administrations assume different roles and functions (and have different capacities).
Analyze the model of intervention in youth policies in Catalonia in relation to youth needs: Is there intervention where it is needed? Are youth needs finding a response from the administration? Which young people access the youth policy? Are these questions the ones that we should take into account in the strategic planning of youth policies with a country perspective?
