The analysis of gender inequality is an essential aspect present in all areas of our work. From a multidisciplinary approach, we study the social, economic, cultural and political factors influencing the persistence of gender inequalities in the different social spheres, from the family to political decision-making.
In notus we adopt a gender perspective in all studies and projects in which we work, with the aim that our research and actions will contribute to raising awareness and gender equality. We also carry out specialised studies on gender, where we address various aspects such as gender segregation in education and employment, gender and science, gender violence or poverty from a gender perspective, including technical assistance to public and private entities in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies and initiatives.
