The Community of Madrid analyses the necessary skills for employment in more than 130 professions

This June, Notus has started working on a new project for the Directorate General of the Public Employment Service of the Community of Madrid, whose main objective is to analyse the required skills for a number of professions found in the Community of Madrid labour market.

Through this project entitled ANALYSIS OF THE REQUIRED SKILLS FOR A GROUP OF PROFESSIONS FOUND IN THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID LABOUR MARKET, which aims to study and identify the technical-professional skills, transversal skills and the personal skills required in more than 130 professions, considered a priority.

The implementation of the project will entail the description in terms of skills in accord with the ESCO (European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations) taxonomy of the selected group of professions by determining the professional profile of the profession as well some of its other dimensions. In addition, a web application will be developed for the management and administration of the professions which will facilitate searches and queries according to established criteria.
