TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR DEVELOPING A PROPOSAL FOR A VOCATIONAL TRAINING LAW IN ANDALUSIA
notus-asr has provided technical assistance to the Andalusian Regional Government to develop a draft law for vocational education and the qualification system in Andalusia. In order to do so a working group made up of different managers from the Education Department from the Regional Government of Andalusia has worked to compile available information about the situation of vocational education including the current regulations in this Autonomous Community. After an initial diagnosis, a schema has been developed which identifies those sections to address. After various sessions of debate, a base document was circulated for consultation to the different stakeholders. Once the document had been consensually agreed the proposal for the law was developed. As a result of the process a proposed law of vocational education and qualifications system has been presented to the Regional Government of Andalusia.
