MEASURING THE QUALITY OF SOCIAL DIALOGUE AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IN THE FIELD OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH AT COMPANY LEVEL
The objective of this project is to elaborate an expert methodological article about how to measure the quality of social dialogue and collective bargaining in the field of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at company level. The expert methodological article is based on literature review of recent scientific publications, but also “grey” literature, on Social Dialogue and OSH; the review of existing sources for building indicators on Social Dialogue and OSH; the assessment of existing and potential indicators on Social Dialogue and OSH against quality criteria; and the assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of building a composite indicator on Social Dialogue and OSH.
