 TELEWORK AND HEALTH RISKS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

This research provides evidence on the experience of telework during the pandemic with a focus on work organisation and health issues. Based on desk research and in-depth interviews with workers and employers in three countries (Spain, France and Italy), the study highlights positive and negative impacts of this form of work organisation and provides policy recommendations for a successful adoption of telework while protecting worker’s safety and health.
