EVALUATION OF THE RESULTS OF THE PROGRAMME TO STRENGTHEN TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION IN COLOMBIA.

Evaluation of the component 3 concerning the Programme to Strengthen Technical and Technological Education in Colombia.  The evaluation focuses on the activities carried out for the creation of a National System for Tertiary Education (SNET for its acronym in Spanish) and the National Qualifications Framework  (MNC for its acronym in Spanish). There has been an analysis of the documents produced during the different phases of the Programme and individual as well as group interviews  with the main actors involved in SNET and MNC have taken place.
