Description
SOCIAL INCLUSION AND COHESION PLANS
The Inclusion and Social Cohesion Plans are a tool for planning, ordering, management and direction of measures and actions for inclusion and social cohesion at the local level which must be prepared through a participatory and transversal process.
To this end, a diagnostic study of the current situation and existing services and programs is carried out, including interviews with key stakeholders, participatory workshops and the study of higher-level plans and regulations as a frame of reference. The needs and appropriate lines of action for its coverage are identified and deadlines and resources are established for it.
