RESEARCH ON TRAINING NEEDS IN BERGUEDÀ

The project will consist on carrying out a research on the regional training needs. The work is based on a socio-economic analysis of the Region, which includes demographic evolution, the dynamics of the labor market and economic activity in order to make an approximation to the demand for qualification of professionals in the Region . The work also elaborates a map of the offer of vocational training and the design of training itineraries that facilitates the coordination of the formative offer and the orientation to the population.
