    MAPPING AND ANALYSIS OF THE LEGISLATION ON TELEWORK IN THE 27 MEMBER STATES AND NORWAY

    This project is aimed at analysing the legislation on telework in the 27 MS and Norway. It is part of the Eurofound project ‘Telework in the EU: Regulatory framework and prevalence’. It is based on the analysis of the contributions from the Eurofound Network of Correspondents corresponding to the Comparative Analytical Report on ‘Regulations on Telework’. Moreover, additional desk research is conducted in order to fill gaps from the national contributions and to frame the analysis of legislation in the context of existing EU regulation (mainly EU framework Agreement on Telework) and current policy and scientific debates related to telework.
