EVALUATION OF ACTIVE LABOUR MARKET ACTIONS AND POLICY MEASURES OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID

The objective of this project was to carry out an evaluation of the impact of active labour market policies applied in the Community of Madrid in 2010, 2011, and 2012. The study included evaluating the impact of active labour market policies through quantitative and qualitative research methods. The impacts that are measured are:

– Individual impact: impact on those groups that took part in active labour market policies

– Functional impact: impact on the labour market in general

– Global impact: impact on the regional economy

The evaluation of individual impact has been carried out on jobseekers in general as well as on specific groups of young people and long term unemployed.
