TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE ELABORATION OF THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY (LDS) OF THE CONSORTIUM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BAIX EBRE AND MONTSIÀ

The objective of the technical assistance is to accompany the technical team of the Consortium for the development of Baix Ebre and Montsià in the process of internal reflection and participation to elaborate the Local Development Strategy for the new European programming period 2023-2027. The service is divided into 4 distinct phases. The first, analysis of the territorial framework of the BEMO Consortium (Baix Ebre and Montsià counties), and FARO (Strength, improvement actions, challenges and opportunities) analysis. The second, strategic reflection linked to other territorial strategies, the governance model of the BEMO Consortium, the map of stakeholders and the relationships of the BEMO Consortium and the organisation of the participatory process. The third, the drafting of the LDS based on the results of the first two phases. The fourth, the proposal for the assessment of the adopted strategy.
