TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO DEFINE A GOVERNANCE MODEL TO CONSOLIDATE A MODEL OF TERRITORIAL CONSULTATION IN THE ALT PENEDÈS COUNTY.

The technical assistance aims to define a governance model to consolidate a model of territorial consultation to facilitate dialogue for the assembly, coordination and integration of active employment policies in the county; and an instrument of evaluation, monitoring and review to ensure the proper implementation and development of the territorial strategy.

The process to define the Governance Model and the instruments of concerted planning and control, monitoring and evaluation of the Territorial Strategy includes 3 phases:

• The first phase will involve study, analysis and comparative work with the final objective of drawing up a document that lays the foundations for the subsequent participatory development of the model.
• In the second phase, the participatory development of the Model and the instruments will be carried out with the key agents of the region through interviews and group work.
• The third phase will be devoted to validating the model and the instruments based on the group work with key agents, by disseminating the final model and training the appropriate personnel in the use of the instruments to be used.
