DIAGNOSIS AND PLAN FOR EQUALITY OF THE STATE RESEARCH AGENCY

Technical assistance service that aims to respond to the needs and priorities of the State Research Agency in matters of gender equality, in accordance with its principles of action and the lines established in the Spanish legislative framework.

The purpose of this technical assistance is threefold:

1. To carry out an evaluation of the 1st Gender Equality Plan 2021-2023 in order to ascertain its level of implementation and aspects for improvement.
2. To carry out a gender diagnosis of the internal aspects of the Agency (i.e. related to personnel and organisational culture, not to R&D&I funding activities) in order to incorporate new axes into the Equality Plan.
3. Draw up the proposal for the II Gender Equality Plan 2024-2027.
