ANALYSIS OF KEY FACTORS FOR CONCEPTUAL AND PRACTICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE DUAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING MODEL
The objective of this project was to carry out an analysis of the vocational training schemes in Europe and beyond to determine the main conditions that influence the excellence of the different models of dual vocational training. This analysis led to a series of conclusions and a set of proposals to guide the implementation of the dual (alternance) vocational training model in Catalonia. The project included several working sessions to define the contents of the First Congress of Vocational Training organized by the Council of Vocational Training in Catalonia (Consell Català de Formació Professional). This has facilitated contact with experts from other countries who participated in the working sessions.
