WIN-WIN ARRANGEMENTS: INNOVATIVE MEASURES THROUGH SOCIAL DIALOGUE AT COMPANY LEVEL

The general objective of the project was to examine why and how companies develop measures characterised as win-win agreements that can be mutually beneficial to both workers and the company.  Interviews were carried out in four companies to directors, human resource managers and workers’ representatives. Through these, knowledge was gained about innovative measures at the company level; how these have been introduced and implemented as well as the role of workers and their representatives.
