POST-LAB –DEVELOPING EXPERIENCES OF ADMINISTRATIVE COOPERATION IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE POSTING OF WORKERS
The Post-Lab initiative aims at promoting a deeper understanding of the characteristics of cooperation measures implemented in the construction sector in the framework of the Directive on posted workers. It also examines how they could be improved and exported to other sectors as a way to increase access to information and administrative cooperation. The project will focus on investigating how social partners and institutions can significantly help the work of inspection authorities especially in gathering clear and accessible information about posted workers. The project will be carried out in four European countries: France, Italy, Romania and Spain.
