IN DEPTH ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF FRAUDULENT FORMS OF CONTRACTING WORK ON WORKING CONDITIONS INEQUALITIES AND BUSINESS COMPETITION

The overall objective of this study is to better understand the consequences of fraudulent forms of contracting work on working conditions, affecting workers and business competition, and to determine how effective the measures implemented by seven EU countries are in tackling/preventing fraud. To this aim, the study carries out interviews with relevant stakeholders (e.g. representatives of mediation bodies, labour inspectors and social partners) in the seven countries selected: Austria, Belgium, Finland, Spain, Italy, Estonia, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. notus is in charge of the scientific coordination of the study.
