TECHNICAL TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY IN THE FRAMEWORK OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN COLOMBIA

The project aimed to provide technical assistance for the reform of high level technical training in Colombia. With this objective, a report was developed about the situation of high level technical training at the international level, emphasising the most adequate policies for Colombia. Following this, a second report was developed analysing the situation of vocational training in Colombia accompanied by a proposal for the reform of higher level technical training in Colombia. In order to elaborate these proposals participation in debates in Bogotá and Medellín regarding the reform with the participation of the main actors was necessary.
