POCTEFA- ELABORATION OF A DRAFT CROSS-BORDER GOVERNANCE AND COOPERATION PLAN
The aim of the project is to summarize the experience of Catalonia in the European POCTEFA program in order to draw conclusions that may be useful to define a Catalan strategy for participation in the program. The project has studied the POCTEFA projects carried out so far and has analysed the potential development of the program to cover the needs for coordination and overcoming the cross-border barriers between Spain and France. Finally, a proposal has been made to organize the program in Catalonia to bring together and coordinate the territorial initiatives of the main entities and cross-border actors.
