This area includes the study of personal, social and economic factors and dynamics that lead to situations of poverty and / or social exclusion, as well as the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies. In line with the multidimensional concept of poverty adopted by the European Union we at notus take a multidisciplinary and rigorous approach, with methodologies that combine quantitative and qualitative methods, including learning from successful experiences.
notus has experience in designing strategic plans for social inclusion involving public and private stakeholders from different environments (social services, employment, health, education, housing), paying special attention to the specific needs of some groups people (Roma people, the elderly, immigrants, children, women at risk, ex – prisoners, people with disabilities).
