CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO GUIDE THE PREPARATION OF THE LOCAL EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY OF SANT CUGAT DEL VALLÈS
To provide technical support to Sant Cugat del Vallès Town Council in the preparation of the Local Employment Strategy 2025-2029, as a tool for the territorial coordination of employment policies, facilitating its planning, execution and joint monitoring with the agents of the Pact for Decent and Quality Employment. The service includes the following phases:

Phase I – Diagnosis of the context in which the analysis of socio-economic and labour market data, documentary review and the preparation of a diagnostic report are carried out.

Phase II – Participatory design where the objectives and strategic lines are defined and prioritised through working sessions with territorial agents.

Phase III – Preparation of the strategy document and priority project sheets.
The project is based on quantitative analysis (statistical data and official sources), documentary review and participative dynamization through working groups. The process is developed in close coordination with the City Council and the Pact’s Secretariat, including mechanisms for collective contrast and validation. It includes the use of tools such as process sheets to systematise management and indicators for monitoring and evaluation.
