Dalia Argudo Profile

Economist by the University of Cuenca-Ecuador (2015). She also holds a master’s degree in Research Applied in Economics and Business by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2021). She was a fellow of the Industrial Development and Promotion Utilizing Local Resources program by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). She has received training from the International Labor Organization (ILO) on productivity, access to decent work for vulnerable groups, and social protection. She has experience in economic research, statistics, and data analysis. Her areas of interest are the labor market, inequality, education, gender, and local development. In 2022 she joins the notus team as a researcher working in projects focused on measuring the quality of industrial relations and analysing and promoting gender equality in research and innovation.
