Technical assistance to the State Investigation Agency ends.
In January 2024, Notus was selected for the contract ‘Service to provide support for equality in the State Research Agency’, consisting of:
- Carrying out an evaluation of the I Gender Equality Plan 2021-2023 to know its level of implementation and aspects for improvement.
- Carrying out a gender diagnosis of the internal aspects of the Agency (related to personnel and organisational culture, not only with R&D&I funding activities) with the aim of incorporating new axes into the II Equality Plan, including both gender equality analysis and other areas such as disability, inclusion and diversity.
- Draw up the proposal for the II Gender Equality Plan 2024-2027, taking into account the two previous actions.
It is worth mentioning that the State Research Agency is a public body under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities that manages more than 1. 100 million euros in research and innovation grants to Spanish centres such as universities and other research centres every year.
After a participatory process, based on collective reflection and co-creation, Notus has delivered all the agreed products and has made a final presentation of the work carried out, thus concluding the technical assistance.
