The REDERA+ project begins, of which notus-asr is a partner

On January 30th and 31st we participated in the kickoff meeting of the REDERA+ project financed by Erasmus+ programme of which we are part of partnership.

Consejería de Economía y Empleo and Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Deportes of Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha (Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha), which is leading the project, hosted REDERA+ partners in Toledo. In addition to Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha and notus-asr, 5 more partners from different regions of Europe are participating in this project: Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro and Provincia Autonoma de Trento from Italy, ABU from Germany, Tirantes from the Netherlands and Osnova Šola Lovrenc na Pohorju from Slovenia.

It should be noted that this project consists of an exchange of good practices that seeks to generate knowledge that will help sparsely populated rural areas to design a model and offer of quality vocational training specific to their needs.

During these two days, we got to know  the reality of Region of Castilla-La Mancha and its rural environment, especially the problem of depopulation and challenges they face. They also explained different policies and plans that are being developed from different fields, such as employment, training and education, to fight against this depopulation that a very important part of the region is suffering. Morever, partners were presented with the planning of activities planned within project and part of the calendar was agreed. Finally, different partners made a small presentation about their organizations and the territory where good practices to be shared will be focused. notus will be in charge of organizing first exchange of good practices in Catalonia next April.
