Julia Frías Gómez
Founder Partner of notus-asr (2013) and development director. With a psychology degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, she has over 25 years of experience in the formulation, management, direction and evaluation of projects related with education and vocational training (training for employment and continuous training) policies; the transition of young people to the active life; the labour insertion of most vulnerable people; the analysis of the labour market with qualitative and quantitative methods; the impact of active labour market policies; and local sustainable development. Author of reports related to the adjustment of the National System of Professional Qualifications (SNPC) to the framework of collective bargaining in different sectors. She has directed projects in different cultural environments (Algeria, Morocco, Ecuador, Colombia) funded by the Agency of Cooperation for Development and the European Union (Europe-Aid).
