Julia Frías Gómez
President, founding partner and development director of Notus.
Degree in psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid. Specialist in active employment policies and local development.
She has directed projects for youth transition to active life, systems of vocational training, formal and non-formal education. Author of reports related to the adaptation of the National Professional Qualifications System (SNCP) and the framework of collective bargaining for different sectors. She has conducted studies on state level collective agreements and topics such as training and equal opportunities. She has carried out studies and projects for the Andalusian Regional Government, Tripartite Foundation, Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development and the European Commission – EuropeAid.
She has also collaborated with different social partners in the drafting of collective agreements, training needs in emerging sectors and regarding the dissemination of the situation of workers who carry out their professional activity in the social care sector. She has managed projects in different intercultural fields in, Europe, Latin America and the Mediterranean.
